A widow is forced to spend the rest of her life in the mountains to honour her late deceased husband's spirit. As she tends to her crumbling shrine, she is told by a servant that brings her food from the parents home that the real owner of the shrine is the tiger god Sangun. The widow hides her husband's name plate, saying that her in-laws will not know anyway, and serves Sangun instead.
